Eakins & Brothers -vs- Charles Lucas and others Complts.
John, Williams, Spencer and Thomas Eakins, the two former residents of Bedford County and the two ladder citizens of Davidson County, Tennessee, who are merchants and partners under the firm and style of Eakin & Brothers, against Charles Lucas, B. Maupin and Benjamin Kimbro, citizens of Bedford County. Orator's states that Charles Lucas is indebted to them by a note due May 23, 1837 for 98.31 1/4 and others, stated Lucas sold to Robert B. Maupin about 120. acres.

Catherine Shofner to John Shofner and others, Relinquishment.
Catherine Shofner for $1000.00 sold to John, Frederick and Austin Shofner, the heirs of Christopher Shofner, Phillip Burrow and his wife Peggy, Adam Eulis and Polly Brown, release to them all right title and interest to the estate of the late Martin Shofner, my husband Wit. Jacob Coble and Benjamin Kimbro.

Between Benjamin Kimbro and Allen Knight. Where Benjamin and his wife Ann, sold land on Duck River for $137.50. The land was from the estate of Frederick Payne. (Ann's Father ?)
